4. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to a courier or delivery service, cancellation may no longer be possible.
In such cases, customers may be required to follow the applicable procedure provided by ADL Moto Viewer.
5. Cancellation Due to Product Unavailability
ADL Moto Viewer may cancel an order if the ordered product becomes unavailable due to stock limitations, supplier issues, technical errors, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If an order is cancelled by ADL Moto Viewer after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be handled according to the relevant refund process.

10. Multiple Orders
If a customer places multiple orders and wishes to cancel one or more of them, the customer must clearly provide the relevant order number or order details.
Cancellation of one order does not automatically cancel any other order.
